1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of medics.solar (the "Site"), operated by Solar Medics ("we," "us," or "our"), and your engagement of our services. By using the Site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Our Services
Solar Medics is an independent solar repair company serving Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. Our services include solar system diagnostics and repair, panel detach and reset (solar panel removal and reinstallation for roof replacement), micro-inverter and optimizer replacement, battery retrofits for existing systems, home battery systems without solar, solar system replacement and new installation, EV charger installation, critter guard installation, assistance with orphaned or abandoned systems, and guidance on solar lease and Power Purchase Agreement options. Descriptions on the Site are for general information and do not constitute a binding offer.
3. Estimates, Pricing & Quotes
- "Starting at" prices shown on the Site are minimums and estimates only. Final pricing depends on system type, equipment, roof and site access, condition, and parts warranty status.
- On-site diagnostic visits are quoted to you before the visit is scheduled.
- Repair work is performed only after you approve a written quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
4. Scheduling, Site Access & Cancellations
By scheduling a visit, you confirm that you own the property or are authorized to approve work on it, and you agree to provide safe access to the system, roof, and electrical equipment. We may reschedule visits due to weather or unsafe conditions. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
5. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work as invoiced.
6. Warranties
Any workmanship warranty we provide will be stated in your written quote or invoice. Solar equipment is covered by its manufacturer's warranty, which we do not control; where possible we will help you pursue manufacturer warranty claims, but we cannot guarantee their outcome. We do not guarantee any specific level of energy production, savings, or system performance.
7. Not Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice
Information we provide about solar leases, Power Purchase Agreements, SRECs, incentives, or financing — on the Site or in person — is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, or tax advice. Consult a qualified attorney, accountant, or advisor before making decisions about your agreements.
8. Website Content
The Site and its content are provided "as is." While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties about its completeness or accuracy, and we may change content at any time without notice.
9. Intellectual Property
The Solar Medics name, logo, and Site content are our property and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solar Medics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost energy production or lost savings. Our total liability arising from any service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Solar Medics harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
